When I was a teen, my neighbor went through some rough times after a divorce. At the end of it, she ended up keeping the house they lived in.

And then the real estate market crashed.

During the recession she found herself in an even tougher spot when her Adjustable Rate Mortgage rate increased. It wasn’t long before she realized she wasn’t going to be able to afford her mortgage payments. Her standard of living decreased in the blink of an eye and on top of it all – she didn’t know who to turn to for help.

Years later, I would find myself reading Rich Dad Poor Dad. That book changed how I look at time, money and investing.

I decided that I’d take charge of my financial future and help others who’ve experienced hardships like my neighbor.

We’re committed to working with clients who find themselves in desperate positions and, like my neighbor, don’t know who to turn to.

Cookie’s primary role at Zippy Home Buyer is to use her fluffy white mane to charm her way into your heart. Cookie spends her time begging to be played with, sleeping, eating anything that falls on the floor, pretending to run as fast as Mili, going for walks, and sitting on your lap.

Mili has been in the Zippy Home Buyer family for eight years. Her primary role at Zippy Home Buyer is to look cute while we conduct door to door knocking adventures. If you see Mili walking the streets of your neighborhood, be sure to say hello!

In her spare time Mili likes to get rubbed on the head, sleep, bark, eat, sniff her butt, and stick her head out of the car window during car rides.
